| [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #DDDDDD; border-top: solid #5a5a5a 5px; width: 500px; padding-top: 20; padding-bottom: 30;] [classy=tite]EYES LIKE A CHILD[/classy][classy=cont]  [/classy][classy=threader] tempest walters isn’t the type of girl you’d think of when you imagine electricity. you want her to be feisty, fiery, and full of attack. but tempest is a lot more low key than that when it comes to her power. she’s reserved, simple, and altogether quiet. tempest likes serenity, loves the idea that reading can transport her to an entirely different world. she’s young, and wants to find the ways to develop her powers so that there is no chance of them harming anyone; she has a very subdued anger problem that only flares up after a lot of provoking. but tempest is also easily annoyed by small things, ignoring her annoyance until something explodes. she’s apologetic and sincere, but she honestly rarely ever speaks enough to offend anyone. friends: tempest will make friends easily enough, but it is up to these friends whether or not they stick around. she’s not likely to make enough of an effort to go ahead and visit you, nor will she ever directly compliment you on anything. she won’t directly offend, either. she likes having similar interests with people; her parents are highly intelligent, but never took the time to explain their interests to tempest. they simply ignored her until they needed her to fix their problems. tempest likes having things explained to her, and will be very drawn to people with a lot of joy in their lives. enemies: unless you anger tempest severely, she won’t make you her enemy. but she’s bound to have people who aren’t her biggest fan due to the fact that she’s extremely reserved and tends to come off as pretentious due to her incessant reading. there are also those people who were her friends for some time, but feel neglected by her and get annoyed with her distance that she keeps. provoking her is not advised, especially since she has a slightly under developed control over her electricity manipulation and a building temper. lovers: tempest is young, only thirteen, and has never experienced a relationship outside of being a daughter, sister, or student. love and sexuality are foreign concepts to her. she doesn’t consider herself asexual because she knows that isn’t conducive to living as she should. but she’s never experienced a relationship to understand who she could be attracted to. getting to this part of her could be difficult but is completely worth a shot. she will be shiny and new as far as an established relationship goes, but anyone who is willing to try those waters is welcome. she’s completely open for any kind of plot here, so throw some things out!
