Even though Gage knew the threat was very much so real, he couldn't and wouldn't give two rat's asses about this precautionary stuff they were supposed to embark. Why would they want him anyway? It's not some lanky tattooed guy would make a great dictator or anything. Besides, other than getting into stuff, transforming into a honey badger wasn't really useful. Sure, he can deal with water shit comes flying, and probably be able to survive in the wild with it .... but he wasn't faster or stronger when he was a honey badger. in fact, it was quite the opposite.
Needless to say, Gage didn't see any immediate danger to himself, even though if there was, that wouldn't stop him from having a smoke out on the dock. Yeah, he knew smoking wasn't allowed, but I mean, they pretty much foster this mad party lifestyle these kids were living. These kids are practically throwing ragers under their noses and they are or act totally oblivious to it. And besides, no staff really came out here, so he just assumed he was safe.
The only person he was really concerned about from these kidnappings was that Evan girl he had met. To be frank, Gage couldn't really wrap his head around that idea of her actually being missing. It seemed surreal and Gage tired to not worry himself about it. She was a beast of a kid, and she'd make it out, Gage knew it. Sensed it, almost. No doubt if things were different and Gage wasn't in a relationship or had a daughter, that he'd be trying to win her over, but that was another life he lived. He now is forever committed to the family he started when he was sixteen.
Gage sported a white graphic tee, with a denim/leather letterman jacket and black jeans and some sweet kicks. Even though Gage didn't really like to wear shirts, it was a bit chilly outside, especially out on the beach, where it got windy. He kind of strutted down the dock, with a walk that permanently emulated such swagger like no other. With a sigh, he sat down on one of the benches facing the coming sunset, and lit his cigarette.
He would smoke a doobie, but those things were too obvious. They'd smell him from far away. Instead, he just smoked one of the cheaper tobacco cigarettes which were a lot worse. Didn't matter though, since it took the edge off. Gage crossed one of his arms across his body and then propped his other elbow on top of it, so he could smoke easily, without having to do much effort.
In a sort of daze, he watched and listened to the water as it gurgled and flapped about on and around itself and underneath the dock. [/style]

there's a fire starting in my heart reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=style,background-image: url('http://i53.tinypic.com/wb98wn.jpg');,true] ROLLING IN THE DEEP !
Kidnappings? Ollie couldn’t believe it when she heard it. Or well she could have if she hadn’t taken one of those pill things someone gave her. It was supposed to be some good stuff but when Ollie tried putting her power to up the anti on the thing, it back fired and Ollie spent most of her day trying to understand what the hell was going on. It was like nothing was real. She guessed her power uped the hallucinations instead of the high. And to make matters worse, they added new rules. If Ollie never obeyed the others, what made them thing she’d stay anywhere she was supposed to.
The pink hair vixen spent her morning roaming around the grounds trying to clear her head before she could try something else. But the problem was, it was taking a bit longer than expected to wear off. The girl giggled at her situation and shook her head, maybe a bit too violently because she soon ended up on the ground laughing her head off. Oh, Ollie, sure got herself in something else. The girl rolled over in the grass and pushed herself up. She needed to go do something, more walking, more fresh air. Hopefully she’d be better by the end of it.
Ollie pushed herself up and dusted off her ripped up jeans and too large shirt that said “too cool for school.” Except the school part was crossed off and replaced with ‘reality’. The irony of it all just made the girl even more gigglish when she began her way down to the docks. Maybe some salt water air can do the trick. The girl spun around as she made her way out there. “Yoho, Yoho. I pirate’s life for me!” she shouted to no one in particular. Well that was until her eyes landed on someone on the dock. Was that smoke? “Alright! Someone fun.” She grinned before skipping closer. Soon she noticed it was none other than Gage. The girl smirked and landed in the spot right next to him. “Hey Gage.” She giggled before laying on her back.
“I’m a pirate running from the those stupid, ugh what do you call them.” She sighed as she tried to think of the name, except nothing was coming to mind. “Damn it.” She closed her eyes and rubbed her hands all over her head. And then like nothing happened, her mind was clear and she was fine. “Finally!” It seemed like her power finally came on in and fixed whatever she had messed up earlier. “It was indians, Gage, they were everywhere!” she nodded. Ollie looked up at the sky and grinned before her hand went into her pocket and she started digging around. “Hey. Gage. Smoke is totally visible!” she nodded before she pulled out a zip lock back and looked at the stuff in it. “You are so gonna get caught, might as well do the good stuff.” She opened the back and shifted her hand around the multicolored pills. “Eeny, miney moe.” Ollie pulled out a small green one. “Hmm I wonder what you do.”

Was that singing? Gage ignored it though, until it got closer. Oh, it was that pirate song he heard in that one movie. He looked over toward the mainland, and saw a twirling blur of pink hair. A small grin appeared on his face as he took another drag. This pink hair was just a sign of some fun, since the only person he knew with pink hair was Ollie, a fun sister that liked to get in much trouble as he did.
“Hey Gage.” she said as she landed beside Gage. He was still grinning dozily. He kind of reminded him of his own daughter: silly and carefree and a bit slow. Gage liked it though, it gave Ollie a sense of innocence. Well ... innocent until she pulled out her mad tricks.
"Haha, why would a pirate run away from an Indians?" he chuckled, uncrossing his arms and flicking his cigarette into the lapping ocean. "Indians run from cowboys, I dunno what a mother-fuggin pirate would run from though." he said to her, words laced with a New York accent. He missed his hometown, but there wasn't anything there for him anymore. His baby momma and daughter just moved to Castles, and his parents (in-laws included) hated his guts. Even though he was born and raised there ... he didn't seem to miss it too much. He just missed the rowdy shit that he and his friends would get into. But he was still able to do that where ever he went, and he had Ollie to keep him company anyway.
Gage shuffled in his seat, making himself more comfortable. "Who cares!?" he said enthusiastically to Ollie, smiling widely at her comment about getting caught. That seemed to be their motto for nearly everything in life. That was probably why they were friends. Honey Badger doesn't give a shit, right? RIGHT. He scoffed and then was happily surprised by Ollie as she pulled out a baggie with little pills inside.
"Oh, what do we have here?" Gage cooed, rubbing his hands together and inspecting the several fun-bits in the bag. He watched as she pulled out an interesting green one, and Gage opted to get a blue one because of its weird shape. "Is this a good one?" he said, holding it up with his thumb and index finger and closing one of his eyes. Then, with no time to waste, he swallowed it whole.
When he was finished, he crossed his legs (ankle over knee) and his head flicked toward Ollie and his eyebrows wiggled, a social clue for her to tell him about her day or something.

Ollie looked at him with big eyes. It gave them appearance that he had to actually ask. She shook her head. “Oh Gage, the Indians will surely end up getting you. You know nothing.” She threw her arms above her head . Olivia Hart hardly ever made sense and when she did, she still sounded crazy. But she couldn’t help it. Usually she took the wrong things seriously and the right things with jokes. It was just her. But she was totally serious. “I stole their stokes dude!” she yelled before she looked around and a nervous giggle left her throat. “You don’t mess with an Indian’s stokes Gage, you just don’t.” In the moment when she was still messing with the last pill. She did smoke something with someone who did look a bit Indianish, and seemed a bit anrgy. This is just what encouraged the memory.
The girl looked at him with a big grin before laughing. She should have known better. It was Gage, he was like her, it didn’t matter. Nothing did apparently. It was just the way they were and somehow it was what brought them together. It was the thing they bonded on. She loved the guy like no other. He was like her, but more calm and stable. Could have been her twin. She would swear to that and probably be able to convince some poor souls of it too. Ollie glanced over at Gage and raised an eyebrow at him. “Here we have an assortment of lovelies.” She nodded before she shook the bag and handed it to him.
The girl looked at her green pill and rotated it around between her fingers before she put it into her mouth and swallowed it. She squished her mouth in the corner of her face and waited a bit before she looked at his blue pill. “I think so.” She nodded before she laughed, “Well we’ll find out soon.” The girl wrapped up the bag and shoved it back into her pocket. Ollie had a bad habit of just popping whatever was given to her. She was practically invincible in her own mind. Not to mention her power tried its best to keep her body under control, except it never worked out that way. The girl stared up at the sky and folded her arms over her chest waiting for it. And soon enough she felt insanely happy and very giggley. Happy pill, chill pill, the good feeling kind of thin rushed through her. Ollie didn’t need her power to up this one.
Ollie looked over at Gage and grinned once more. “Okay so. I took this white pill earlier and thought it be cool to up the anti with my power. It was an amazing high. I think it was a pain killer. But umm my power hit a side effect I think. Cause soon I was with Indians and smoking some good shit before he looked angry and I landed myself here.” She nodded before her eyes went back to the sky. “It was a crazy five hours. Or at least I think its been that long. Took forever for me to get over it Gage.” If Ollie wasn’t so carefree she probably would have freaked out.

Ollie was so perfectly crazy, Gage admired her for it. She was so out of it, she didn't have to--or couldn't--worry about the different issues in life. Like raising a daughter. No doubt that he loved his daughter ... but it was just bad timing, and it seemed to make his life go in pause mode. Regardless, she was here now, and as beautiful as ever, so Gage would just have to suck it up like he has for his entire life.
He wasn't really fond of what drugs did to his power. It was actually quite ... retarded. Sometimes he would get the durability of the Honey Badger and be able to do the most random shit without getting hurt. Other times, different parts of his body would grow Honey Badger limbs that he would resemble some kind of were-Honey Badger. Basically, it was all messed up. As he waited for the lovely to work, the sun was nearly down by now. Just perhaps one third of the sun sticking out from behind the horizon.
It was clear that Ollie had taken something that would make her incredibly happy and Gage just sat there and enjoyed the show, as she giggled and grinned. "I have no idea what you are talking about, Ollie." he laughed, laughing wrinkles forming behind his eyes. He leaned forward and put his eyes in his hands and rubbed them gently. Soon, a stream of giggles came over him and he sat there laughing quietly to himself. Gage glanced over to Ollie, "What Indians?" he inquired, suddenly with some serious tones in his voice.
Uh- ohhhh. He could feel it now. His skin was feeling tougher, more leathery. His sense of smell was better, and he could smell whatever they were cooking up for dinner in the cafeteria, on the other side of the island. Gage's hearing began to get more intense, and he could here the little droplets and ripples from the ocean underneath them. "I'm feeling like a mother fugginnnnn honeybadger." he announced, thumping his back up against the back of the bench with a loopy grin on his face.
He felt like a little kid again. As if he didn't have a family to worry about or anything like that. Gage wanted to wreck shit. He wanted to break stuff. He wanted to flip cars. Visions of his past pranks flashed through his mind vaguely and it made him really excited. His legs got the shakes, and he was bouncing them up and down, restless to go and cause a riot.
